Shipping policy
Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgment. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO, FPO, DPO or international addresses.
All orders require 2-3 business days to be processed. Processing does not include the shipping timeframe. Contact the mail carrier provided on your tracking number for all questions regarding package arrival times.
The shipping schedule is Monday through Thursday at 12pm.
Any other shipments outside of those days are strictly courtesy of the Owners.
NO REFUNDS due to mail carrier delays. Your package is insured from $50-$100. Contact Fedex or USPS for refunds.
