Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgment. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO, FPO, DPO or international addresses.
All orders require 2-3 business days to be processed. Processing does not include the shipping timeframe. Contact the mail carrier provided on your tracking number for all questions regarding package arrival times.
Products are shipped daily Monday-Thursday by 5pm.
NO REFUNDS due to mail carrier delays. Your tracking number is provided on the day your package ships out. It is your responsibility to track your packages and communicate with the carrier to intercept your package if there is a delay. Fruit flavored seamoss gel is very perishable. Do not allow your package to sit outside once the carrier drops it off. Refrigerate your jars immediately. Overnight shipping is an option at the expense of the customer.

Return and Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Failure to report spoilage or damage within 24 hours of receiving the order will be the consumer's loss. We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients. Our products have no artificial preservatives or coloring.
Refunds
We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please remember that your bank or credit card company can process and post the refund.

Cancellation policy
