Gut Goodness is a Gel'Lush Expressions SUPER FIBER-FILLED FORMULA. One of our most important dietary supplements available. Gut Goodness consists of 100% soluble and insoluble Fiber. Complete with 102 supporting minerals. Lowers blood sugar levels, lowers triglyceride numbers, removes arterial plaque, relieves constipation, treats diarrhea, flattens the tummy by relieving bloat, and keeps the HEART HEALTHY. This blend is to be taken before consuming your largest meal of the day. 1 tablespoon with 6-8oz. of water shaken or stirred. Drink immediately. The powder thickens very quickly. Do not let it sit. If it sits and becomes too thick add more liquid and remix.
*Can be used with all of Gel'Lush Expressions Tea Blends or taken alone. Test your tolerance of Gut Goodness by starting with 1tsp -2 tsp for the first 3-4 days.
